&#8211; Seguran\u00e7a Contra Inc\u00eandio Em Cozinhas Profissionais tem por objetivo estabelecer as condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas de seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio e p\u00e2nico em sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para cozinhas profissionais, visando evitar e\/ou minimizar o risco de inc\u00eandio ocasionado pelo calor, gordura, fuma\u00e7a e efluentes gerados no processo de coc\u00e7\u00e3o, atendendo ao previsto no Regulamento de Seguran\u00e7a Contra Inc\u00eandio e P\u00e2nico do Distrito Federal (RSIP-DF), aprovado pelo Decreto n\u00b0 21.361, de 20 de julho de 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ela se aplica \u00e0s edifica\u00e7\u00f5es no Distrito Federal que, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de sua classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme norma t\u00e9cnica espec\u00edfica que trata das medidas de seguran\u00e7a e risco de inc\u00eandio, forem enquadradas no grupo de ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que demandam o dimensionamento da<br>medida, sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para cozinha profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As cozinhas de uso residencial unifamiliar ou cozinhas pr\u00f3prias das edifica\u00e7\u00f5es multifamiliares n\u00e3o s\u00e3o consideradas cozinhas profissionais para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desta NT, desde que n\u00e3o haja um sistema de exaust\u00e3o comum para mais de uma cozinha
