Neste momento encontra-se em fase de fechamento das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es do Grupo, que ser\u00e1 encaminhada a consulta nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 6\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o\/2018 da ABNT\/CE-055:002.002 Comiss\u00e3o de Estudos de Sistemas de Exaust\u00e3o para Cozinhas Comerciais e Industriais, foi realizada em 31\/07\/2018, as 14h na ABRAVA- Avenida Rio Branco, n\u00ba 1 492, Campos El\u00edsios, S\u00e3o Paulo, com a seguinte pauta:&nbsp;<strong>An\u00e1lise dos Coment\u00e1rios Registrados na Planilha de Sugest\u00f5es&nbsp;<u>para a Conclus\u00e3o do Projeto de Revis\u00e3o da ABNT NBR 14518&nbsp;<\/u>Sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para cozinhas profissionais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 7\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o\/2018 da Comiss\u00e3o de Estudos de Sistemas de Exaust\u00e3o para Cozinhas ser\u00e1 realizada conforme em14\/08\/18, das 14 h \u00e0s 18 h, na ABRAVA- Av. Em cozinhas com ar condicionado e com coifas com fun\u00e7\u00f5es de exaust\u00e3o e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">insufla\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel o conceito de no m\u00ednimo 60 renova\u00e7\u00f5es hor\u00e1rias. (12.06.2018)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.1 M\u00e9todo I \u2014 C\u00e1lculo a partir da velocidade de captura na \u00e1rea de face ou per\u00edmetro da coifa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Equa\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas nesta Se\u00e7\u00e3o fundamentam-se no estabelecimento de padr\u00f5es m\u00ednimos de velocidade de face pela \u00e1rea aberta da coifa, de maneira a garantir a capta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dos poluentes. Para as coifas s\u00e3o estabelecidos dois procedimentos de c\u00e1lculo de vaz\u00e3o de ar que consideram velocidades na \u00e1rea de face transversal ao fluxo (v1) e na \u00e1rea definida pelo per\u00edmetro da coifa e sua altura em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao equipamento de coc\u00e7\u00e3o (v2), devendo-se adotar o maior valor de vaz\u00e3o obtido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A t\u00edtulo de refer\u00eancia, outro par\u00e2metro de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, exclusivamente para efeitos de previs\u00e3o, quando n\u00e3o se<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">conhece a opera\u00e7\u00e3o futura do local, \u00e9 de que o somat\u00f3rio da totalidade das vaz\u00f5es das coifas deve assegurar no<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">m\u00ednimo 60 renova\u00e7\u00f5es hor\u00e1rias do volume da \u00e1rea operacional de coc\u00e7\u00e3o da cozinha. Em cozinhas com ar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">condicionado e com coifas com fun\u00e7\u00f5es de exaust\u00e3o e insufla\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel o conceito de no m\u00ednimo 60<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">renova\u00e7\u00f5es hor\u00e1rias.
