lav\u00e1veis, sendo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria nas coifas que atendam blocos de coc\u00e7\u00e3o que emitam vapores de gordura.<\/p><p>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0filtro met\u00e1lico de primeiro est\u00e1gio\u00a0em cozinhas industriais \u00e9 importante para a reten\u00e7\u00e3o da gordura impregnada no vapor produzido no processo de cozimento.<\/p><p>O ar impregnado se choca contra os filtros met\u00e1licos provocando sua condensa\u00e7\u00e3o e escoamento atrav\u00e9s das calhas do mesmo.<\/p><p>Isto evita que labaredas origin\u00e1rias da coc\u00e7\u00e3o passem aos dutos propagando as chamas, aumentando assim a seguran\u00e7a do sistema de exaust\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
