Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas<\/strong>.<br \/> Aqui apresentamos alguns itens importantes.<\/p><p>Nas cozinhas profissionais, os equipamentos, tais como fog\u00f5es, fritadeiras, chapas, caldeir\u00f5es, fornos, m\u00e1quinas de lavar lou\u00e7as, etc., s\u00e3o fontes de emiss\u00e3o de calor, vapores com ou sem gordura e\/ou materiais particulados, que devem ser captados localmente, de forma cont\u00ednua. Para remover estas emiss\u00f5es e promover a renova\u00e7\u00e3o do ar um Sistema de Exaust\u00e3o para Cozinhas Profissionais deve ter os seguintes itens.<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #00615b;\"><strong>captores;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #00615b;\"><strong>rede de dutos e acess\u00f3rios;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #00615b;\"><strong>ventiladores;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #00615b;\"><strong>dispositivos e equipamentos para tratamento do ar;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #00615b;\"><strong>elementos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra inc\u00eandio;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>O projeto de cozinha segura e correta deve ter dois sistemas incorporados em sua cozinha para que seja considerada uma cozinha profissional conforme a norma da ABNT NBR 14.518 solicita.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Sistema de exaust\u00e3o:<\/strong>\u00a0Vai fazer toda a capta\u00e7\u00e3o dos vapores, gordura e poluente a fim de conduzir estes particulados para fora ou para um despoluidor ambiental.<\/li><li><strong>Sistema de insufla\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong>\u00a0Tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de fazer a reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de ar limpo ao ambiente onde foi exaurido os vapores pelo sistema de exaust\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
