{"id":13289,"date":"2021-01-30T13:44:42","date_gmt":"2021-01-30T16:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arwek.com.br\/?p=13289"},"modified":"2022-03-13T12:56:40","modified_gmt":"2022-03-13T15:56:40","slug":"abnt-revisa-a-nbr-14518-de-sistemas-de-ventilacao-para-cozinhas-profissionais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/abnt-revisa-a-nbr-14518-de-sistemas-de-ventilacao-para-cozinhas-profissionais","title":{"rendered":"ABNT Revisa a NBR 14518 de Sistemas de Ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para Cozinhas Profissionais"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"330\" src=\"https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/comissao-ABNT.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13291\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ABNT, como Foro Nacional de Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, atendeu a demanda de normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no campo do sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o\/exaust\u00e3o para cozinhas comerciais e industriais criando, seis anos atr\u00e1s, a&nbsp;<strong>Comiss\u00e3o de Estudo (ABNT\/CE-055:002.002)<\/strong>, para discutir e estabelecer, por consenso, regras, diretrizes ou caracter\u00edsticas para o assunto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ABNT publicou no dia 30 de setembro de 2019 a Norma T\u00e9cnica&nbsp;<strong>ABNT NBR 14518:2019 &#8211; Sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para cozinhas profissionais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta Norma estabelece os princ\u00edpios gerais para projeto, instala\u00e7\u00e3o, opera\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e ensaio de sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para cozinhas profissionais, com \u00eanfase na seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio e no controle ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta Norma \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m a reformas e amplia\u00e7\u00f5es de cozinhas profissionais existentes inclusive as montadas em instala\u00e7\u00f5es provis\u00f3rias ou m\u00f3veis (caminh\u00f5es, \u00f4nibus, food truck, pavilh\u00f5es, barracas, quiosques ou em qualquer lugar coberto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta Norma \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel a equipamentos de depura\u00e7\u00e3o de ar, que recirculam o ar contaminado, para redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos contaminantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ABNT NBR 14518:2019 cancela e substitui a ABNT NBR 14518:2000, a qual foi tecnicamente revisada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cozinha profissional<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Instala\u00e7\u00e3o dotada de equipamentos e dispositivos com a finalidade de preparo de refei\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas, utilizada pela raz\u00e3o social respons\u00e1vel por esta atividade econ\u00f4mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Conjunto de elementos integrados, garantindo a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o controlada do ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"86\" src=\"https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ABNT.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13290\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fizeram parte da <strong>COMISS\u00c3O DE ESTUDO DE SISTEMAS DE EXAUST\u00c3O PARA COZINHAS COMERCIAIS E INDUSTRIAIS<\/strong> representates de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas de <strong>Refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, Ar condicionado, Ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e<\/strong> <strong>Classe de Partes Interessadas:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Produtor; <\/li><li>Consumidor Intermedi\u00e1rio; <\/li><li>Consumidor Final; <\/li><li>\u00d3rg\u00e3os T\u00e9cnicos; <\/li><li>Fornecedor de Insumos; <\/li><li>\u00d3rg\u00e3o Regulador\/Regulamentador\/Acreditador; <\/li><li>Organismo de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Conformidade; <\/li><li>Fornecedor do Servi\u00e7o; <\/li><li>Empresa de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o; <\/li><li>Empresa onde o sistema ser\u00e1 implantado; <\/li><li>Empresa implantadora do sistema;<\/li><li>Pessoas objeto da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o; <\/li><li>Empresa que fornece a m\u00e3o de obra; <\/li><li>Empresa que utiliza a m\u00e3o de obra.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Arwek fez parte da comiss\u00e3o<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A ABNT, como Foro Nacional de Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, atendeu a demanda de normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no campo do sistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o\/exaust\u00e3o para cozinhas comerciais e industriais criando, seis anos atr\u00e1s, a&nbsp;Comiss\u00e3o de Estudo (ABNT\/CE-055:002.002), para discutir e estabelecer, por consenso, regras, diretrizes ou caracter\u00edsticas para o assunto.
