No caso das NBR 14518, a \u00eanfase se d\u00e1\njustamente ao controle ambiental e seguran\u00e7a contra acidentes envolvendo fogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/O-que-sua-cozinha-tem-a-ver-com-as-Normas-da-ABNT.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5970\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/O-que-sua-cozinha-tem-a-ver-com-as-Normas-da-ABNT.jpg 600w, https:\/\/hayashi.center\/aletron\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/O-que-sua-cozinha-tem-a-ver-com-as-Normas-da-ABNT-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intocado por quase duas\nd\u00e9cadas, em 2019 o c\u00f3digo para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para\ncozinhas profissionais foi atualizado, e com ele as dicas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o para que\nseu estabelecimento n\u00e3o sofra com o constante terror de um inc\u00eandio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os elementos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e\npreven\u00e7\u00e3o contra fogo s\u00e3o para a ABNT uma exig\u00eancia necess\u00e1ria na composi\u00e7\u00e3o do\nsistema de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como coifas, redes de duto, ventiladores e\ndispositivos para tratamento e compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de ar exaurido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro ponto delineado\ndentro das normas \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre prote\u00e7\u00e3o ativa e prote\u00e7\u00e3o passiva.\nEnquanto a primeira \u00e9 composta apenas por medidas acionadas em ocasi\u00e3o de\ninc\u00eandio, como alarmes e extintores, a segunda diz respeito a aspectos de\nconstru\u00e7\u00e3o do maquin\u00e1rio, como a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do material, procedimento de\nfabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 de grande import\u00e2ncia na\nprote\u00e7\u00e3o ativa que o equipamento de seguran\u00e7a permane\u00e7a limpo e em bom estado,\nsempre pronto para detectar o foco de inc\u00eandio, acionar os agentes de extin\u00e7\u00e3o\ne desligar fontes de energia que possam oferecer maior perigo. Al\u00e9m disso, a\nnorma ressalta que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil acesso a qualquer m\u00e1quina\nque ofere\u00e7a risco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A NBR 14518 indica tamb\u00e9m\nrequisitos b\u00e1sicos para preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios, como implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um programa\nde limpeza e limite em extratores de gordura, tomadas el\u00e9tricas instaladas fora\ndo fluxo gasoso de equipamentos de coc\u00e7\u00e3o, rede de dutos de exaust\u00e3o vis\u00edveis e\nlonge de perigo e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de registros corta fogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 indispens\u00e1vel que sua\ncozinha esteja dentro das exig\u00eancias feitas pela ABNT, n\u00e3o apenas porque tais\nnormas garantem a seguran\u00e7a de empregados, clientes e estabelecimento, mas\ntamb\u00e9m porque s\u00e3o defendidas por lei, tornando seu descumprimento pass\u00edvel de\nmulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os produtos Arwek seguem as diretrizes da NBR 14518, corpo de bombeiros e vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria.
